The Yizhong Longjiang Hybrid Tower Wind Power Project, developed by Heilongjiang Wind Power Hybrid Tower Co., Ltd., features wind turbines with a hub height of 140 meters and a rotor diameter of 182 meters. Adopting a “steel upper section, composite lower section” structural design, the tower imposes stringent technical requirements on the tensile strength, fatigue resistance, weather-ability, and structural compatibility of the materials used in tower fabrication. The high-strength pre-stressed steel strands supplied by Aosen Metal Products fully met the technical criteria for hybrid tower construction, thanks to their exceptional tensile strength and low relaxation properties. These strands reliably withstand the dynamic loads induced by the rotation of the 182-meter rotor atop the 140-meter tower structure.
2. 3060 Shanghai Electric Keyouzhongqi Wind Power Project
The 3060 Shanghai Electric Keyouzhongqi Wind Power Project, a benchmark initiative for advancing the dual-carbon goals, imposes exceptionally stringent performance criteria on the materials of wind power equipment. The high-strength pre-stressed steel strands supplied by Aosen Metal Products Co., Ltd.—boasting outstanding tensile strength and fatigue resistance—have been successfully deployed in the prestressing works of wind turbine towers. These strands assume critical load-bearing functions: they not only provide robust structural support for the towers’ considerable height and heavy loads, but also withstand complex natural stresses such as high winds and temperature fluctuations in the grassland area. As one of the core materials underpinning the stable operation of wind power projects, they play an indispensable role in ensuring long-term operational reliability. The completion of this project has effectively accelerated the development of the clean energy industry in Keyouzhongqi Banner, injected strong impetus into the regional energy structure transformation, and contributed to the effective implementation of the “3060” dual-carbon goals across the Inner Mongolia grasslands.
3. Shanghai Electric Linyi Tancheng Project
The Shanghai Electric Linyi Tancheng Project, undertaken by 3060 Hybrid Tower (Chifeng) Wind Power Co., Ltd., successfully adopted high-strength steel strands supplied by Aosen Metal Products for its construction, leveraging the product’s superior mechanical properties. Operating reliably under stringent construction conditions, these strands assumed critical load-bearing functions, effectively safeguarding the structural stability of the hybrid wind turbine towers and facilitating the smooth progress of the entire project.
As one of Shandong Province’s pioneering centralized wind power projects, this initiative comprises 31 wind turbine generators, approximately 87 kilometers of collection lines, and one step-up substation, with a total installed capacity of 190 MW. It is projected to deliver an annual power output of over 400 million kilowatt-hours, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by several hundred thousand tons each year. Bearing profound strategic significance, the project plays a pivotal role in mitigating regional power supply-demand imbalances, boosting local green economic development, and accelerating the attainment of national “dual carbon” goals. The wind turbines deployed herein feature a hub height of 185 meters, and are composed of core components including towers, nacelles, hubs, and blades.
