Aosen compacted strand steel wire rope is processed and formed based on the standard line contact steel wire rope base process. It is shaped by external forces such as die drawing, roller rolling, and forging before and after strand twisting, changing the wire shape and strand outer diameter. After the strand is compacted, the internal filling factor is greatly increased, and the rope body density, wear resistance, and ultimate breaking force are comprehensively upgraded. It is suitable for high-load, strong impact, and high-wear harsh working conditions, providing high-strength safety guarantee for heavy-load hoisting and lifting operations in mining, metallurgy, and ports.

(Note: The letter K is the national standard exclusive compacted strand identifier. It is compacted and formed on the basis of line contact S/W/WS structures, divided into two categories: ordinary compacted strand and multi-layer compacted anti-rotation. Its load-bearing performance is superior to conventional line contact steel wire rope.)
Relying on Aosen's refined shaping production line, it is divided into three mainstream compaction processes:
Die drawing process: Mold extrusion shaping, high forming regularity, smooth surface layer, suitable for conventional heavy-load working conditions
Roller rolling process: Roller uniform speed rolling shaping, uniform steel wire deformation and smaller internal stress, better fatigue resistance and impact resistance, preferred for harsh working conditions
Forging process: High-speed reciprocating hammering around the strand body through forging equipment, applying uniform impact force to the entire steel wire strand at room temperature, causing the steel wires inside the strand to squeeze and deform each other, eliminating gaps between steel wires
Diameter range: Φ10–Φ60mm, full coverage of medium and large heavy-load specifications, non-standard sizes can be processed
Tensile strength: 1770MPa, 1960MPa, 2160MPa, full coverage of high-strength grades
Supporting rope cores: FC fiber core, IWRC independent steel core, WSC metal strand core, EPIWR plastic-coated steel core optional
Surface process: Bright, hot-dip galvanized/electro-galvanized optional, supports customized plastic coating and other anti-corrosion processes
Executive standards: GB/T 20118-2025, GB 33955-2024, all batches compliant for delivery
Upgraded from line contact to surface contact stress, steel wire pressure-bearing area doubled, breaking force greatly increased under the same rope diameter, stronger ultimate load-bearing capacity, and sufficient safety redundancy.
Smooth and rounded strand surface, highly stable structure, extremely strong resistance to extrusion, impact, and deformation, eliminating bulging, strand loosening, and twisting deformation problems in heavy-load operations.
High metal filling factor, extremely low wear loss, excellent fatigue resistance under high-frequency bending conditions, overall service life far exceeds ordinary line contact steel wire rope.
Larger contact area between rope body and drum/guide wheel, uniform pressure distribution, which can reduce wear of the steel wire rope itself and lower loss of hoisting accessories, saving equipment operation and maintenance costs.
Extremely small gaps between strands, mud, sand, and corrosive media are difficult to penetrate. Combined with galvanizing and injection molding processes, it is suitable for humid, dusty, and corrosive outdoor harsh operating environments.
Mine hoisting, metallurgical blast furnace winching, large heavy-load cranes, offshore engineering operations, heavy engineering machinery and other high-strength, high-wear, strong impact, and long-term heavy-load harsh working conditions.
Supports order-based customization, can adjust rope body structure, nominal diameter, tensile strength, lay direction specifications as needed; can process EPIWR injection-molded plastic-coated rope cores and outer plastic-coated anti-corrosion modified products, suitable for special equipment dedicated working conditions.
Packaging is customized according to rope diameter, order length, and transportation distance: wooden reels, iron-wood reels, and iron reels; internally wrapped with special moisture-proof and rust-proof paper, and fully covered with PE waterproof film on the outer layer, effectively protecting against transportation collision, rope body deformation, and moisture and rust during long-distance transportation, suitable for domestic and international long-distance combined transportation.
Sufficient spot stock of medium and large specifications in the factory, supporting global shipment by container sea freight and China-Europe freight trains, suitable for small-batch scattered procurement and large-batch centralized procurement orders, with strict fulfillment and on-time delivery.
