The strand body has high fitting degree and uniform circumferential stress, with extremely strong rope forming balance and extremely low residual torsion. Using the group's self-produced high-quality high-carbon steel raw materials, through deep processing such as drawing and twisting, the structure is stable in shaping and has high pressure-bearing consistency. It is specially developed for mine shaft hoisting, equipment balance counterweight, and heavy hoisting in ports and construction, suitable for long-term steady heavy-load hoisting working conditions.

Four-Strand Fan-Shaped Strand Steel Wire Rope is a special construction within our steel wire rope range. It consists of four fan-shaped strands laid around a combined fiber core. Compared with conventional round-strand rope, the shaped strands create a larger contact area between adjacent strands and between the rope and drum, helping distribute contact pressure more evenly during repeated winding and heavy-load operation.
Aogang supplies 4V×39S+5FC and 4V×48S+5FC constructions in diameters from 16 mm to 40 mm, with tensile strength grades from 1570 MPa to 1960 MPa. Bright and hot-dip galvanized surfaces are available for mine hoisting, counterweight systems, port handling equipment and other industrial lifting applications.
This Four-Strand Fan-Shaped Strand Steel Wire Rope is a special-purpose construction. It should not be used as a direct replacement for conventional round-strand or multi-strand rotation-resistant rope based on diameter alone.
