Aosen galvanized steel wire rope adopts the group's self-produced high-carbon steel as raw material throughout the series. Relying on the integrated production of a large-scale dedicated galvanizing workshop, it eliminates outsourcing processing links, with full control over coating stability and raw material quality. The product is processed through multiple processes such as electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. The surface zinc layer is dense and uniform with strong adhesion. Graded coatings provide full coverage, effectively resisting water vapor, salt spray, acid and alkali corrosion for a long time. It is specially adapted to lifting, traction, and hoisting operations in various corrosive working conditions.
Aosen Advantage: The factory is equipped with 17 professional galvanizing production lines: 9 electro-galvanizing production lines, 6 hot-dip galvanizing production lines, and 2 zinc-aluminum alloy dedicated production lines, with an annual output of galvanized wire up to 400,000 tons. Main plating levels: Class B, Class AB, Class A
Level Notes: Class B for conventional outdoor corrosion protection, Class AB for moderate salt spray corrosion protection, Class A for severe marine corrosion protection. Weathering life is much higher than ordinary galvanized layers, suitable for high-salt coastal harsh environments.
Electro-galvanizing process: Thin and uniform zinc layer, high rope body flexibility, clean and smooth appearance, suitable for inland outdoor and mild corrosive working conditions, with high cost-performance ratio.
Hot-dip galvanizing process: Sufficient zinc layer thickness and strong adhesion, impact-resistant and wear-resistant, excellent acid and alkali resistance and salt spray resistance, preferred for ports and water conservancy.
Zinc-aluminum alloy process: Extremely low porosity of alloy coating, doubled anti-oxidation and seawater corrosion resistance, belonging to special customized coating for marine engineering.

According to rope diameter and fixed length, select wooden reels, iron-wood reels, iron reels for special packaging. Customized tooling reels can avoid residual torque generated during transportation; internally wrapped with special moisture-proof and rust-proof paper, outer layer fully wrapped with PE waterproof film, moisture-proof and rust-proof, anti-collision and deformation, suitable for domestic and international long-distance combined transportation.
Sufficient spot stock of main commonly used specifications, supporting global shipment. Relying on Aosen Group's own complete logistics system, domestic full coverage of road transportation, sea transportation, and multimodal transportation; foreign trade orders are supported by container sea freight and China-Europe freight trains.
