Aosen multi-layer strand anti-rotation steel wire rope is a special steel wire rope dedicated for hoisting and mine lifting. It adopts the reverse interactive twisting process for inner and outer layer strands, which can mutually offset the torsional torque generated during lifting. The finished product has ≤8 rotations per kilometer. The rope body hardly twists during load-bearing lifting, completely solving the problem of cargo spinning and kinking during high-altitude and deep-well vertical lifting, greatly improving the safety factor of lifting operations.

Adopts double-layer/multi-layer strand reverse interactive twisting forming, with opposite lay directions for inner and outer layers, autonomously offsetting the internal rotational stress generated by the steel wire rope under force. The overall structure is tight and stable, not easy to loosen strands or deform under long-term heavy load, with extremely low residual torsion.

According to rope diameter and fixed length, select wooden reels, iron-wood reels, iron reels for packaging. Special reel structure can suppress residual torque during transportation; internally wrapped with moisture-proof and rust-proof paper, outer layer fully wrapped with PE waterproof film, moisture-proof and rust-proof, anti-collision and deformation, suitable for domestic and international long-distance combined transportation.
