Aosen parallel-lay steel wire rope, relying on the group's annual production of more than 5 million tons of steel as raw material, has a stable and closed-loop raw material supply chain with fully controllable quality throughout the process. The product precisely matches the steel wire diameter and lay length within the strand. The steel wires are subjected to parallel line-like stress, with balanced force distribution and excellent fatigue resistance. Its mechanical properties are superior to the basic requirements of national standards. It is specially developed for medium to long-term, medium to heavy-load, and high-frequency working conditions such as construction hoisting, port loading and unloading, and engineering winching. It is the mainstream preferred steel wire rope for industrial hoisting.

Steel wire configuration: Adopts differentiated thick and thin steel wire arrangement, conventional inner thick and outer thin ratio, to meet both wear resistance and load-bearing requirements.
Twisting process: One-time integral twisting forming, with the same lay length for each layer within the strand and differentiated lay angle design, resulting in compact and regular forming.
Stress form: Steel wires fit into grooves in parallel embedding, with full-length line-like contact and pressure bearing, no cross-point extrusion, and uniform stress dispersion.
