Aosen single strand steel wire rope is a special steel cable dedicated for static tension. It is directly twisted from only a single layer or multiple layers of steel wires, with no outer strands and no independent rope core. The product uses the group's self-produced high-quality high-carbon steel wire rod, through integrated twisting process. It has dense structure, high metal cross-sectional area utilization rate, and extremely low elastic elongation. It is specially designed for static tensioning, supporting, and hanging working conditions, and is widely used in long-term static stress scenarios such as power, communication, curtain wall, bridge tensioning, and steel structure fixing.

1×7: 1 center wire + 6 outer layer steel wires, strong rigidity and high cost-performance ratio;
1×19: 1 center + 6 inner layer + 12 outer layer, better flexibility than 1×7;
1×37: Three-layer steel wire arrangement, suitable for small bending tensioning scenarios.

According to rope diameter and fixed length, select wooden reels, iron-wood reels, iron reels for packaging; internally wrapped with special moisture-proof and rust-proof paper, outer layer fully covered with PE waterproof film, isolating water vapor oxidation, preventing extrusion deformation during transportation, and preventing surface zinc layer collision and falling off, suitable for domestic and international long-distance combined transportation.
Main specifications have sufficient spot stock and support global shipment.
