Galvanized Wire Manufacturer
Galvanized wire is a fundamental category within the broader family of industrial steel wire, distinguished by a protective zinc coating applied to high-quality carbon steel. This coating creates a barrier against corrosion, significantly extending service life in environments where moisture, salt, or industrial exposure would otherwise cause rapid degradation. As a specialized galvanized wire manufacturer, Aosen Metal Products produces this material through an integrated process that begins with our own steel grades—The galvanized steel wire of Aosen Metal Products is made from high-quality and environmentally friendly steel materials, including grades SAE 1006、SAE 1008、SAE 1018、SAE 1045、SAE 1055 and SAE 1070.This vertical integration ensures consistent mechanical properties, reliable supply, and full traceability from raw material to finished coil.
· Diameter: 1.4mm – 5.0mm
· Tensile strength: 350 – 550 MPa , 900-1200MPa
· Coating: Up to 300g/㎡. The galvanized coating is uniform, has strong adhesion and is not prone to peeling off.
Raw materials (wire material ) → Wire drawing → Pickling → Galvanization → Wire collection → Testing → Packaging
Architecture & Infrastructure: Rebar binding for concrete reinforcement, scaffolding fixation, highway guardrails, slope protection nets, and gabion baskets for erosion control.
Wire Mesh & Fencing: Welded wire mesh, crimped mesh, hexagonal mesh (poultry netting), and protective enclosures for agricultural and industrial use.
Packaging & General Use: Carton reinforcement, garden bundling, handicraft framing, and household binding applications where corrosion resistance is required.
Industrial Manufacturing: Steel wire rope core wires, cable armoring, filtering equipment components, automotive part preforms, and other fabricated metal products.
Integrated Raw Material Supply: All wire is produced from steel sourced directly from Aosen Special Steel Group’s 7-million-ton annual capacity. This eliminates supply chain variability and ensures consistent chemistry and mechanical properties across orders.
Large-Scale Production Capacity: With 15 dedicated galvanizing lines—including 9 electro-galvanizing and 6 hot-dip galvanizing lines—and an annual capacity of 300,000 tons for galvanized products, we efficiently handle both high-volume standardized orders and technically specific custom requirements.
Comprehensive Quality Testing: Our in-house laboratory performs full-spectrum testing, including tensile strength verification, coating adhesion (winding test), torsion resistance, diameter measurement, and zinc layer weight analysis. We also support third-party inspections, including SGS, upon request.
Flexible Customization: Beyond standard diameters and tensile grades, we customize coating weight, packaging format, and mechanical properties to match specific application requirements, supported by a structured process from requirement docking to sample approval and mass production.
Proven Credentials: Aosen holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, along with CE marking and RoHS compliance. Our facilities and processes have been recognized with transportation product certifications and supplier excellence awards from major engineering groups.
Corrosion Resistance: Zinc coating up to 300 g/m² protects against rust, salt fog, and moisture; available in electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized finish
Strong Coating Adhesion: Zinc layer resists flaking or cracking during bending, weaving, and welding
Controlled Strength: Tensile strength options from 350–550 MPa (general purpose) to 900–1200 MPa (high-strength structural applications)
Precise Dimensional Consistency: Tight diameter tolerances maintained through digitally monitored production
