Material & Grade: The base steel grade (e.g., Q195, 45#, 70#, SAE 1008, SWRH82B) determines core mechanical properties. For spring applications, high-carbon grades are essential; for general binding, mild steel is suitable.
Mechanical Properties: Define your required tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. For structural applications like bridges, low-relaxation prestressed strand with specific fatigue resistance is critical.
