Equipped with fully automated production equipment, our factory adopts a high-precision tension and linear speed synchronization system to ensure the zinc coating remains undamaged with a uniform thickness. This achieves neat and tight coiling of products and maximizes adaptability to rapid mass production.

Electro-galvanized Wire: Low process cost and excellent corrosion resistance. It is widely used in steel products such as fasteners, clothes hangers, welded mesh panels, and construction binding wire.
Hot-dip Galvanized Wire: Thick coating and long corrosion-resistant service life, with relatively low precision. It is mainly used for outdoor long-term service components such as power transmission towers, highway guardrails, livestock fencing and hillside protective netting.
Zinc coating thickness can reach up to 300g/㎡.
Product Customization: Raw materials, zinc coating thickness, tensile strength, weight, length, packaging method (e.g., plastic inside and woven outside), and other customer requirements.
