1.  Shijiazhuang Peripheral Water System Management


The gabion mesh protection system for Shijiazhuang's Perimeter Water System Improvement Project is composed of multiple interlocked mesh modules. Fabricated from high-grade low-carbon steel wire supplied by Aosen, this gabion mesh features a diameter range of 2.0mm to 4.0mm and a tensile strength of 350–500 N/mm². The green-colored mesh and the interstitial voids of the gabion mattresses facilitate unobstructed water flow, enabling natural water-soil exchange. In turn, this fosters a viable habitat for aquatic organisms and microorganisms, thereby enhancing the water body’s self-purification capability, safeguarding water sources, and improving overall water quality.

2.  Beijing Liangshui River Landscape Project


The Beijing Liangshui River Landscape Improvement Project incorporated large quantities of landscape gabion nets fabricated from high-quality galvanized low-carbon steel wire supplied by Aosen. Boasting exceptional corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and superior ductility, Aosen’s premium low-carbon steel wire is first PVC-coated before being mechanically woven into gabion nets. These nets offer outstanding permeability, which effectively mitigates soil erosion and prevents water source contamination caused by gravel runoff. In doing so, they have significantly enhanced the local ecological environment while bolstering the stability of slopes and riverbanks.


3. Flood Control Project for the Inner Mongolia Section of the Yellow River


The gabion mesh slope protection system—fabricated from Aosen galvanized wire-extends over a total length of 160 kilometers. This robust gabion system safeguards the region’s national key grain production bases, major transportation arteries, and critical hubs for energy and advanced materials industries. 4. Linzhi, Tibet Galfan Gabion River Channel Improvement Project


The most severe disaster caused by rivers is the erosion of banks by flowing water, leading to flooding, extensive soil erosion, and endangering the lives and property of surrounding residents. Therefore, when addressing these issues, the use of Gabion ecological mesh structures made from Aosen galvanized low-carbon steel wire has proven to be one of the optimal solutions, providing permanent protection for riverbanks. Channel construction involves stabilizing slopes and riverbeds, making gabion structures the primary method employed for centuries in natural river modifications and artificial channel excavations. They provide effective, permanent protection for banks and riverbeds while regulating water flow and preventing excessive moisture loss.
