The company is equipped with 9 electroplating production lines and 6 hot-dip galvanizing production lines, capable of manufacturing galvanized low-carbon steel wires with wire diameters ranging from 1.8mm to 5.0mm and strengths from 350 to 550MPa. The annual production capacity is 240,000 tons (electroplating) and 160,000 tons (hot-dip galvanizing). It is also equipped with 2 electro-galvanizing and phosphating lines, 2 hot-dip galvanizing and phosphating lines, and 2 hot-dip galvanized aluminum lines, specializing in the production of medium and high carbon steel wires (wire diameter 1.6mm-3.8mm) and zinc-aluminum alloy wires (wire diameter 2.0mm-4.0mm). Through heat treatment, pickling and other processes, flexible production is achieved, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons.

Prestressed steel strands

The enterprise has 14 advanced domestic low-relaxation prestressed steel strand production lines and 28 wire drawing machines, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of prestressed steel strands.Specializing in the production of 1*7 structure prestressed steel strands in specifications such as 9.53mm, 12.7mm, 15.24mm, and 15.7mm, with tensile strengths ranging from 1860MPa to 1960MPa and 2160MPa.

Sustainability

Aosen Metal Products Co., Ltd. is accelerating the establishment of a green manufacturing system oriented towards resource conservation and environmental friendliness, developing industrial tourism and eco-tourism, and striving to create first-class green ecological projects. In 2018, an investment of over 550,000 US dollars was made and it took a year to complete the restoration and beautification of the "garbage Mountain", achieving harmless, reduced and resourceful treatment. At the same time, multiple lake landscapes are constructed in the production area and office area by using circulating water.

Aosen Metal Products is committed to building a green steel city where "Aosen is in the greenery and people are in the scenery", achieving flowers in spring, shade in summer, fruits in autumn and greenery in winter.Expand the green plant area in the factory by laying turf, sowing grass seeds and planting trees. In 2018, over 5,000 trees were planted and the green area reached 400,000 square meters.

In terms of transportation, we have achieved the task of green environmental protection: the proportion of clean transportation has reached over 85%, and there are 1,550 new energy vehicles.
